My latest book Sweatshirt Remix June 2009 release follows the popular SWEATSHIRTS Figure Fit Fashion. Restyle, Upcycle  plain jane sweatshirts into well fitting stylish jackets, coats or tunics. With structure techniques and tips for different body types there is a perfect style for everyone! Comfort & style what every woman needs! One of my favorites is the vest featured on the back cover of the book Chica Style! it was inspired by Crafty Chica Kathy Cano-Murillo, she blogged about rushing out to attend an event cutting up a Tshirt on the run to wear! So I was inspired to do some serious cutting of my own!

It is always fun to hear from people who have your books and enjoy them. One lovely young Mom sent me a snuggly picture of the Polkadilly Pooches and Catrastrophe Cats she made from my book Easy-to-Sew Playful Toys for all her nieces and nephews for Christmas.

This is the closest I will ever get to being a playboy bunny which was the inside joke at this photo shoot for the author shot for Nursery Decor. The "real" bunny on my hip just couldn't stop giggling! It wasn't that funny!
